Our Children
Children are always welcome at any of the services in our churches. There are Family Services on the first Sunday of each month at Christ Church, Derry Hill at 10.30am, and at Holy Trinty at 10am. St Martin's Bremhill has an all-age communion service on the second Sunday each month. These services are open to all, whether you are young or young at heart, and are informal acts of worship. We aim to combine story telling, singing, outdoor activities, craft and prayer within 40-45 minutes.

Wednesday Club
There is a midweek club, called ‘The Wednesday Club’ for children aged between seven and eleven. It is held upstairs in Church House during term time and will take the form of an after-school club open from 3.30pm – 5.30pm. There is a variety of activities on offer each week, and it is hoped that the group will also become involved with contributing to and participating in an occasional Children’s Service in St Mary’s.
St Mary's Under Fives
This group is for parents and carers to come along with their 'under fives'. This group will meet every Tuesday from 9.30am to 11.30am from 11th September. Each week we will include a short bible story and fun craft together, with drinks and treats. For mor information contact Teresa Michaux (teresamichaux@parishofcalneandblackland.org.uk )

Messy Church
What is Messy Church?
A regular time of creativity, worship and eating together at the Methodist Church, Silver Street, Calne.
Messy Church is usually on the second Sunday each month. The Next Session is: 10th December 2023.
Is just what the title implies - a chance to be Church together and be messy! It is a fun afternoon for families and their friends to come and join in with activities, crafts, drama and storytelling. This is followed by a short time of family worship (10-15 minutes). Do come and join us! It's a lovely opportunity to meet new friends and build happy times and memories with your children.
